The perfectly brewed sake, made with consultation to various chefs, is especially paired with the upscale French and Italian plates in pursuit of ultimate pairing.
The pleasant acidity and the sharpness of aftertaste of the 2016 as a result of bottle fermentation remains as is and the acidity is much more distinct and sparkling slightly enforced.
The delicate bubble just like Champagne makes a perfect match with apetizers of fish eggs like cavier and salmon roe, shell fish such as oyster and clams.
