Sparkling sake, ideal for wild meat dishes
This sparkling sake is made from rice, rice malt and water only, and has the same natural fermentation in the bottle as champagne. The sparkling sake has a softly fragrant fruity aroma, a sweet rice flavor and fine bubbles. The powerful carbonation from natural fermentation in the bottle and the depth of flavor from the three-years aging process make it a perfect pairing for stewed pork and game or roast duck.
