Umami sublimated by maturing and preserving at ice temperature realizes perfect match with delicate Japanese cuisine or sizzling tempura, French dish enjoyed with thick and tasty sauce, or various other dish.
Enjoy the rich taste of litchi-like or muscat-like aroma.
