Sparkling sake, in a cellar for five years
This sparkling sake is made from rice, rice malt and water only, and has the same natural fermentation in the bottle as champagne. This vintage sake has been secretly lying dormant in Hachinohe Shuzo for five years. It is a mild sparkling sake with a crisp, fine acidity from the citric characteristic of white malted rice. Pairing with fine French and Italian course meals is recommended.
